Delete your account
BRAIN GAMES · BRAIN TRAINING: MEMORY & FOCUS · LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2026
This page explains how to delete the account you use in Brain Games (listed on Google Play and the App Store as Brain Training: Memory & Focus) and the data linked to it. You can do it in the app in a few taps, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete it in the app
- Open Brain Games and go to the SETTINGS tab.
- In the ACCOUNT section, tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in with Apple or Google again to prove the account is yours.
Deletion takes effect immediately.
Ask us to delete it
Email ahmed.s.mokhtar@outlook.com with the subject "Delete my Brain Games account". Include the email address you sign in with (Apple or Google) and your leaderboard username, if you have one. We may reply to confirm the request comes from the account's owner, and we complete deletions within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account — the Apple or Google sign-in linked to Brain Games.
- Your leaderboard username and profile. The name becomes available to other players.
- Your entries on the overall and per-game leaderboards — points and best scores — for the current week and all time.
- Your cloud progress backup: game history, Brain Points, level, streaks, recently played and favourite games.
- When you delete in the app, the progress stored on that device for the account is removed as well. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the device.
What is kept, and for how long
- Past weekly leaderboards. Entries on weeks that have already finished (a username and that week's points) are not removed by in-app deletion. An emailed request removes them too, within 30 days.
- Purchases. If you bought Brain Games Pro, Google Play or the App Store and our purchase processor, RevenueCat, keep the transaction record for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your device's App Store subscription settings.
- Usage analytics. Anonymous usage events are not linked to your account, name or email, so they cannot be singled out for deletion. They are used only in aggregate.
Just want a break?
Signing out keeps your account and progress for when you come back. Playing as a guest stores progress on your device only, so there is no account to delete — uninstalling the app removes it.
