BRAIN GAMES · LAST UPDATED JULY 10, 2026
Short version: your game history and settings stay on your device. We collect anonymous usage analytics, and the only things published are what leaderboards need — the username you pick, your points and best scores. No ads, no data sales, no cross-app tracking.
Brain Games is a collection of 19 brain-training games. This policy covers all of them.
Information stored on your device
The following is saved locally on your device only:
- Your settings (theme, haptics, and each game's options — card pack, playback speed, N-back level and streams, custom daily workout, and so on).
- Your game history and statistics for every game (scores, times, streaks, best spans, and charts).
Deleting the app removes it.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google (via Firebase Authentication). We use the account only so your identity is stable across launches and leaderboard entries; Sign in with Apple lets you hide your email address. We do not send marketing email.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards publish the username you choose, your Brain Points, level and per-game best scores. Usernames are unique and don't need to be your real name. Nothing else from your game history is uploaded.
Purchases
The optional Pro subscription is processed by the App Store and validated through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details; RevenueCat receives only an app-scoped identifier and purchase state.
Analytics we collect
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including:
- App events such as opening a game, starting and finishing a round, and which screens you view.
- Automatically collected technical info: an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system version, language, app version, and approximate region (derived from IP; the IP address itself is not retained by us).
This data is used only in aggregate to improve the app. We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or the microphone, and the app contains no advertising or third-party ad tracking.
Audio
When the Audio stream is enabled in Dual N-Back, the app uses your device's built-in text-to-speech to read letters aloud. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted, and the microphone is not used.
Third-party services
We rely on Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication and Cloud Firestore for leaderboards) and RevenueCat (purchase validation) as data processors. See policies.google.com/privacy, firebase.google.com/support/privacy and revenuecat.com/privacy. No data is sold or shared with any other third party.
This website
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits anonymously and measure which download buttons visitors use, so we know which pages work. No personal information is collected by the site, and nothing you do here is linked to your in-app account.
Children's privacy
Brain Games is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the sign-in described above. Analytics are anonymous and not used to identify any individual.
Your choices
- You can change your leaderboard username at any time in Settings.
- You can sign out at any time; local stats remain on the device.
- Deleting the app deletes all locally stored data.
- To remove your leaderboard entries or account data, contact us.
